Boost immune system?

what are some things i could eat/drink/do so that i can make it easier to resist colds and stuff

DRINK LOTS OF ORANGE JUICE AND WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER GOING TO THE BATHROOM
TAKE VITAMIN C SUPPLEMENTS
EAT YOGURT THAT BUILDS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
Take vitamin c pills weekly - that's what I have been doing and it hasn't failed me yet!
Take olive leaf every day
you may eat coconut--drink cranberry juice-- eat lots of fruits and veggies. Sleep the recommended amt--drink plenty of water.
I swear that the new yogurt drink,
which is to strengthen immune system does work...
