I didnt know that bad posture can cause headaches. I knew it could cause back and neck pain, but i had no idea about the headaches.... Anyway. I just felt like talkin, so there we go.

I never knew that either! Thanks for the information....that might explain why I get headaches a lot. I'm always at the computer desk on the computer or studying hunched over books. I always thought it was the studying that gave me a headache. I learn something new every day. Thanks again!
Bad posture causes misalignment within the body. Organs and the skeletal structure are affected. Yep, bad posture causes a lot of problems.
