Are there any types of seisures where the sufferer doesn't move??

sometimes I get this feeling like the world isn't real. like Im detatched from reality, and stuck in constant de ja vu. things start spinning, and I feel like Im going crazy.
Ive researeched this and came across a condition called derealization, or depersonalization. but I also get migraine headaches, and was wondering if maybe those could be signs of epilepsy...

please, if someone knows more about any of my problems, please help...

serious answers only please
Answer:
You undoubtedly have a neureleptic disorder. It could require an anti-spasmodic medication. These meds range from mild, Tegretol, Clonopin, all the the way up to dilantin. Dilantin is heavy **** so get a good professional prognosis. If you have government subsidized health care coverage, explore these avenues. You may need a CT scan or Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI to determine the cause, if it is organic in nature.I'm not suggesting this outright , ecstacy used over an extended period of time can induce these symptoms long after use of the drug is discotinued.
Yes, it is called "petit mal". It is usually like staring, and not responding. Petit mal seizure 鈥?also known as absence seizure 鈥?is a type of seizure that most often occurs in children. An abnormal electrical discharge in the brain causes seizures. Other types of seizures include grand mal seizure and temporal lobe seizure.

Usually, a petit mal seizure involves only a brief, sudden lapse of conscious activity. Each seizure lasts only seconds or minutes, but hundreds may occur each day. During a petit mal seizure, small jerks sometimes occur involving the facial muscles or hands. A person who experiences a petit mal seizure can usually resume normal activities immediately after the seizure ends.

Repeated seizures characterize a seizure disorder known as epilepsy. Only a small percentage of people who have seizures will develop epilepsy. Medications can be effective in eliminating or reducing the number of seizures. 鈾モ櫏鈾?
You really should see a physician for the symptoms you are describing. The doctor can answer all your questions and apply his or her professional knowledge to your situation.
As far as I know, epilepsy consists of seizures where you fall down %26 shake all over. What you have sounds like "disassociation." Are you under a lot of stress? Maybe it could it be low blood pressure? You should probably see a dr. %26 see if they can help. I hope you feel better.
im not sure if your question, and the 'extra info' are the same thing? yes there are 'conditions' that can leave you immobile. research "catatonic seizure"

the other stuff you listed sounds like something different...
Please see a doctor. I used to have symptoms similar to what you are talking about. For me, it was panic and shame attacks. It took a lot of psychological work to stop them. I hope you can get the help you need, be it physical or psychological.
Maybe a petit mal. Where you feel like you lost consciousness momentarily. Only your Dr. can diagnose your condition. Book an appointment asap. Good luck.
