At what age can we no longer claim to be young, fun, dumb and full of c.um?

Answer:
i think you can feel as young as you want for as long as you want! enjoy life thats what i say, however u still have to own up to your responsibilties (but still have fun also!!!)

Depends on the individual - thats similar to your only as old as the boy/girl you feel!!!! And yes there is a definite lower age limit!!
