I started feeling funny about a hour ago. I am 47, no major problems. My right arm and hand feel tingly almost like asleep and I feel pressure in my chest. I checked my blood pressure and it is 167 over 104 and my pulse is 100. My blood pressure normally runs low. But I have no idea what these numbers mean. Please help if you can!

Yvonne, As a doctor, I would highly recommend you go to the nearest emergency room. Chest pressure into an arm (any arm, not just the left) can be a sign of heart attack. The blood pressure is also quite high. Please go get checked out.
Go and report to a hospital Immediately.
